Jamieson Makes Filly Sale
Jul 14

Lima Novelty, a two-year-old trotting filly from the Carl Jamieson stable has been sold to New York owner Ken Jacobs.

The Chapter Seven daughter won a $22,000 New York Sires Stake division at Buffalo Raceway on June 30 and was purchased by Jacobs following the race and moved to the Linda Toscano stable.

Purchased for $19,000 last October at the Lexington Selected Sale, the filly had made two qualifying starts at Mohawk Racetrack for Jamieson. No sale price was reported.

Jacobs of course is the owner of leading Hambletonian favourite Walner.
