After what was a heated meeting at times, the decision was made not to change the date of Standardbred Canada's 2012 Canadian Yearling Sale.
The organization called a consignors' meeting in the wake of concerns related to the Ontario government's decision to cancel the Slots For Racetracks program in March 2013.
So the auction will continue to take place on September 15-16 at Flamboro Downs.
